DUONG THI THAO Founder and executive member Throughout my almost 30-year career, the one thing that kept me interested in language difficulties was the ability to attend an international professional conference, stand up to speak, and debate in English, such as making speeches and debates. My native language is Vietnamese, thus I wrote this essay in it. I respect folks who can communicate in several languages throughout the world. More details: http://eeltraining.com/duong-thi-thao-en

NGUYEN THI HOAI LE Founder and chairman of the E&E Education Council I continue to speak and use English for work, but I wish I had been introduced to it at a younger age and had more interaction with native speakers. I also wish that English had sunk into me slowly and organically, as I learnt to tell stories in my mother tongue as a child, rather than having to study it until I was an adult, and then learning it with a forced-in-the-head manner. Memorize tenses, tenses, grammatical rules... and it will "flow" away very rapidly. More details: http://eeltraining.com/nguyen-thi-hoai-le-en

LE MAI CHI Founder and Director of E&E Language Training Center. I'm currently an English instructor. Previously, I disliked learning foreign languages because when I studied in books, I discovered a lot of difficult to remember and complicated grammar and vocabulary, and I couldn't speak or hear what foreigners were saying because many sentence structures and vocabulary were out of date. The textbooks are too ancient. You can only learn from Vietnamese teachers who teach hearing, speaking, reading, and writing. If you wish to learn alongside foreigners, employ a foreign teacher to lead a small group. Learning a second language was tough, but I ultimately succeeded and am now proficient in English and an English teacher. More details: http://eeltraining.com/le-mai-chi-en

LUU DUONG KHANH NGAN Founder Thanks to my parents, I was able to start learning English at a young age. Unfortunately, at that age, I had no desire to learn a new language. In the past, I found foreign English teachers incredibly intimidating... After a long process of learning and comprehending a new language, a new society, I learned how important language is in our lives. As I often say, if you have money and know how to speak the language, you can live anyplace on the planet. More details: http://eeltraining.com/luu-duong-khanh-ngan-en

VU HOANG HA Founder After many years of studying, working, and living in Japan, I can certainly say that the ability to communicate in many languages is the finest companion, independent of industry, profession, or area. Even though I reside in Japan and use Japanese textbooks, whether I make friends with Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, or Europeans, I feel extremely adaptable and competent in all three languages. Languages provide not only significant educational benefits, but they also convey with them the underlying values and culture of the nation that speaks them. Founder My studies and job processes demonstrate that I have learned numerous foreign languages and am always working to master English. At grade one, I did well in all subjects except English. Even though I trained at the London English Center and Apollo to enhance my speaking abilities, I saw little development. From grades 6 to 8, my English level did not increase, partially because I lacked the capacity to learn English and partly because I had forgotten basic facts, which produced boredom.
